Baked cheese potato wedges

This is one of Michael's fav!!

Ingredients

1. 1 big potato (I used US russet)
2. Pepper (or chilli pepper)
3. 1 tablespoon olive oil
4. Dash of salt
5. Half bowl of mozerella cheese (I used Arla brand)

Peel the potato and chop into thick wedges. Drizzle olive oil, pepper, salt n mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins. Sprinkle cheese when its almost done.
