Today's Father's Day n Big M is spending the day as one. As MIL is away on a short trip, I decided to cook. This is what I made for lunch : -
1) Hawaiian Pizza
2) Cheese Bread
3) Pulut Hitam (Black Glutinous Rice Dessert), which also happens to be Big M's Fav.
Instead of 'tabaoing' dinner for the 3 of us, this is the dinner spread
1) Corn with carrot n chestnut soup (I used pork ribs as stock)
2) Stir Fry Cabbage
3) Grilled honey lime chicken wings
4) Fried Egg with Onions
Since MIL won't be back till tomoro nite, I've decided on Radish with cuttlefish soup, using chicken stock. No idea on the rest of the dishes yet....
