DIY-ed the above for myself since no one is brewing it for me n I'm only going to my mom's on either Wed or Thurs.... think I gotta 'bu' myself more this time round as I'm also caring for Meia, n it can be very draining n tiring when ur gal is ultra sticky....
Since I'm brewing this, Meia will also be having this for her lunch later.
I soaked the black beans overnight, to get rid of the extra blackish colour.... then cook overnight in a slow cooker (juz the beans).... next morning, juz dump in the pig's tail (I used 1.5 pig's tail, cut into 5 cm long) into the slow cooker. I dumped in wolfberries n red dates too.
