I'm running out of ideas of what to cook for lunch... but today after frying laksa bee hoon for hb for his lunchbox, I decided to cook the same thing for lunch too since I've left over bee hoon.
Here's the recipe : -
1 packet of laksa bee hoon
2 eggs (beaten)
6 small sausages
1 bowl of tau gei (bean sprouts)
3 tablespoons of Udon soup sauce (I use this to replace soya sauce as it tastes better. U can add more according to your taste buds)
1 teaspoon sugar (I use raw brown sugar)
Pepper
Method
Fry sausages till golden brown, scoop n put aside when cooked. Add in eggs n fry till golden brown. Put aside. Fry the bean sprouts and put aside together with the sausages n eggs.
Next stir in the bee hoon, stir fry for a minute then add in the Udon sauce and sugar. Mix well n add in the sausages, eggs and bean sprouts. Stir fry for another minute of so on high heat. Lastly add pepper.
