Mex at 33 Weeks

Finally I get to see Baby Mex after 5 long weeks of waiting. And boy has he grown. I'm feeling much heavier right now, n my tum is starting to expand. I put on 2kg this time round, but guess what, the 2kg went to Mex instead :) (BIG GRIN) so my total weight gain is 3.5kg. Gynae said that Mex would be much bigger than Meia n he did a rough estimate on his birth weight. He might be 2.8 or even 3kg when he's out.... I did get a little worried but gynae assured me that I could do it as I told him I'm afraid that when Mex gets too big it'll be difficult to push... hahaha silly me, many ppl have done it, so I ought to have more confidence in myself.

I've also signed up for my delivery package. Finally decided on a 4 bed ward instead of opting for a single bed... reason to save costs n hey, its only for 2 days. I'm praying hard this time I don't share the room with some Inconsiderate family n friends who stay till way past visiting hours.

Well, I'm anxiously counting down to my delivery date, we're so looking forward to the new addition :)

Happy 22 Months Meia

Happy 22 months my darling, it has been such joy watching u grow. In another 2 months u'll be 2 years old. How time flies. I'm now enjoying as much one on one time with u before your little brother arrives. It hurts me sometimes to know that pretty soon u'll have to share my love with ur sibling/s, but I'm also heartened to know that u won't be lonely n be left all alone when Daddy n Mommy are no longer with u.

U're becoming very independent of late, u've started to go up the steps without holding any railings, ur footings are more stable n u love jumping up n down. I'm surprised u know how to sit the slide on ur own, in short, u've become more DARING! and I know its time to let go abit, although I still get anxious n my heart skips when u go up the steps to the slide. This morning u've showed me that you can do it all, n I'm so mighty proud of u!

I'm back but ONLY for a SHORT while

HIHIHI!!!! I'm back at home for an hour or so, so thought I update abit on Meia n myself. Things have been pretty hard I should say with my pregnancy n handling a toddler all by myself, plus some minor clashes with my maternal granny etc etc.... sigh.... but I'm taking it all in my stride, no use getting worked up n upset.

For a start, Meia is starting to show the rebel in her!!! Yes!! even at this age she knows how to glare n ignore me when I discipline her. She folds her arms, glares at me n looks away.... do u know how HURTING that is???? I wonder who taught her? Or did she learn it from me??? Cos whenever she throws a tantrum, I'll ignore her...

On the other hand, she's getting really sweet. Just 2 weeks ago I accidentally knocked my head against the cupboard n she immediately came n soothe my head n then proceeded to hit the cupboard hahaha n when she eats, she makes sure I get a fair share too n she even feeds me. N best is she even does it to her Daddy (BIG SMILES)....

Well, hb is in Dubai again for 3 days..... nevermind I'm looking forward to the next weekend.
