Steam Tofu and Fish

My Kids aren't fish lovers, it isn't easy to get them to eat fish, if they ever do, Meia will take just one bite and spit it out, Max will take forever to swallow his rice and fish. This happens no matter how fragrant the fish is fried or steamed... hahaha BUT yesterday, they ate it without knowing that it was .... FISH!!!!!! AHHHH I've my ways...

Since both enjoy tofu, I decided to try steaming fish n tofu together! I used egg tofu instead of the normal white ones, minced the fish myself (boy was my hand tired from that...)added the two and steamed it! Turned out light and springy!!! :) The kids loved it!!!

Though my right arm is aching right now, it sure is worth it!

Meia turns 4 today, seems like yesterday she just came out 'hot' from the oven. Time sure flies and my little baby girl is now a talkative, adorable 'big' gal as she calls herself.

Just like her elder sis, Millia is crawling on all fours at 8 months old!!!

Time really flies!!! Max turns 2 today and I can say that it has been 2 very happy years for us all! Max has indeed brought much joy in our lives, especially mine :)

I love my little boy to bits!!! His cute antics never fail to brighten up my day. Though he's not talking as much, he's definitely a very fast learner. Took me only a week + to toilet train him and now he's fully Diaper free Day and Night at 21 months. That's quite an achivement for a merely 2 year old boy.

Millia Discharged

Millia has been discharged... EEG and blood tests done in the hospital are normal. The doctors are wondering what's the cause of Fits, since there wasn't no fever, fall etc... so next month, Millia would have to go for a MRI scan. Blood, urine and the limba fluid would be taken then and she would have to be sedated in order for the following to proceed with ease.

Millia will be admitted on 31/8, 01/09 she'll go through the scan and various tests.... keeping my fingers crossed this would be the last time ever... no more fits...
